You have questions. We have answers. Here are some of the most common questions we get, and our answers.

Q. What happened to Bill and what's going on with his site?
A. We don't get asked this a whole lot anymore, but we used to when we first took over this project. Bill seemingly disappeared at some point in 2020, and no one has heard from him since. I'm sure that at some point we will try to really figure out what happened, but right now it remains a mystery.

Q. Will a new Twitter account be created now that the site has begun anew.
A. There will not be. All case requests will be able to be viewed and accepted directly from the accounts of approved users.

Q. I'm interested in joining a team. Can I send my info to several teams at once, but at the same time only to those teams that I choose?
A. This feature isn't available yet, but will be eventually. Users will be able to indicate on their profiles whether or not they are accepting members and visitors to the site will be able to send their info to the organizations that they choose. We are still working out how this part of the site will work.

Q. Do I have to be involved with the "ghost" aspect of the paranormal to join the site?
A. Absolutely not! Every single person from every single aspect of the paranormal is fully welcome to sign up for an account. Once you sign up, you will be able to select the services that you provide under your account settings, and you will then be listed as such in the directory.

Q. I signed up a bit ago, but don't have access to the full site yet and I am not listed in the directory. Why is this?
A. If you have already registered an account but still don't have access to the full site, it's because we haven't approved your account yet. You have to log in and set your service area and specialties after sign up in order for your account to be fully approved.

Q. What happens if my account is not approved?
A. You will be contacted via email if there are any issues with your account, such as provided information not being verifiable, you haven't finished setting up your account, or if we are unable to accept your registration. At some point in the future, you will also receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved other than the email you get when you first sign up for an account.

Q. I was listed on paranormalsocieties.com. Do I have to resubmit my info to this new site?
A. Yes, you will. We have at no point owned paranormalsocieties.com, nor do we have any access to the back end of it. Every single listing needs to start anew.
